Based on the Top Tools survey, Mproof received one of the three Innovation Awards handed by Arnoud van Gemeren, Chief Editor IT Beheer magazine and Roderick Wijsmuller, Managing Director of Independenttool. Mproof received this award as recognition for development of innovative functionality in its service management tool, Clientele ITSM.
End users and 21 vendors participated in this widely spread Top Tools survey to answer the question; "Who are the most innovative vendors with regards to service management tools?"
All attendees are judged on user friendliness, functionality and alignment with the business processes. "Receiving this Innovation Award confirms that by introducing our first release of Clientele ITSM end 2004, we delivered an ultra modern product and gives us the energy for the development of a large number of new Innovations we have planned for future releases", says Heiko Locher technical director of Mproof.
